Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA/Textile Engineer from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and prepare the production planning and follow up Printing Production as well as fulfill the production target
∎ Provide technical solution to solve the print difficulties
∎ Follow up the different print wash report and advice the color section how to solve the chemical problem
∎ Communicate with Marketing & Garments Production department and attend risk analysis meeting before starting any new style
∎ Ensure Quality during bulk production period & reject control
∎ Utilize the manpower and resources maintaining the man-machine ratio
∎ Follow up the delivery of manufacturing goods
∎ Collect all the related things of any style as per approved sample, upcoming Production plan, shipment date etc. and describe to the sub-ordinates
∎ Communicate with Line manager, Merchandiser, Cutting concern, Garments concern as and when required
∎ Print aids such as Squeeze, Spoon, Plate paper, Hand dryer etc.
∎ Set the target according to the shipment date after discussing with In-charge, Supervisor and Line Manager
∎ Work on all types of wastage minimization
∎ Maintain the line requirement and WIP and communicate time to time with the planning and cutting dept.
∎ Check the receive report, production report, finishing report, delivery status and print balance status of any running style
∎ Formulate effective and strategic plan to meet top line profitability
∎ Assist to prepare production budgets, overhead budget, maintenance budget and capital budget
∎ Maintenance schedule for preventive & predictive for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment's in power intensive business operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience as Printing Production in any Screen Printing Industry
∎ Proven experience in dealing with Buyer- H & M, K-Mart, PUMA, Wal-Mart, C & A, G-Star, etc.
∎ Self-motivated having self-confidence, independent and result oriented
∎ Ability to handle production most efficiently with optimum quality
∎ Having good responding skill to invented office management with chain of command
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Good reporting and interpersonal skills
∎ Able to communicate effectively with all levels
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Job Location : Kashipur, Gazipur
