Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters. No Third Division/Class will be considered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Must have at least 20 years of experience in any reputed commercial bank or financial institution out of which minimum 2 (two) years as GM or SEVP.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Business Development with leadership capability to manage and motivate employees.
∎ Strong knowledge in Investment Risk Analysis and Management of Core Risks.
∎ Must have good connection to source sustainable deposit and investment customer.
∎ IT knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of regulatory bodies.
∎ Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Age maximum 60 years as on last date of application.
