Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ MBA/ FCA/ FCMA from a reputed university/ institution in home or abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ The deserving candidate should have extensive knowledge in Banking/ Non-Banking Financial Institution Management with minimum twenty (20) years of working experience in Banks/ Non-Banking Financial Institution of which minimum two years experience as EVP/SEVP/DMD. Must have strong capability of Business Development, well versed in Credit Management, Capital market operations, Recovery and related legal matters, Negotiation capabilities with different Stakeholders and leadership ability to lead the FFIL Team.
∎ Age Limit: Not exceeding fifty five years (55) as on 31 January, 2022.
∎ Experience & Age limit is relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidate
