∎ BSc In Textile Engineering from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Dyeing Knitting Planning, Fabric Manufacturing, Fabric Quality, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create Work order for knitting, Dyeing.
∎ Create Raw material purchase requisition.
∎ Send Job for knitting production by allocating yarn.
∎ Follow up on knitting production inhouse and outside for on time production.
∎ Capacity utilization of knitting and Dyeing inhouse.
∎ Outside quantity requirement analysis and approval.
∎ Keep Inventory stock to minimum.
∎ Maintain FIFO for all material usage.
∎ Create Batch Requirement Plan for Dyeing.
∎ Follow up with Dyeing M/C planner for on time dyeing production Start.
∎ Follow up with Dyeing Production for on time Dyeing Production completion support.
∎ Follow up on Finishing and Quality for on time Fabric Delivery to Cutting.
∎ Plan & Update Plan against cutting Fabric Requirement.
∎ Ensure Proper Utilization of Dyeing Capacity providing required material.
∎ Plan for any advanced Dyeing & Heat setting Requirement.
∎ Plan for Chemical Requirement & Communicate with Procurement for on time delivery.
∎ Responsible person will be informed to solve problem in a short time.
∎ Make records of all works and collect them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 03 years’ experience in the same position.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem-solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Dyeing Planning.
