Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Reputed University /Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any subject or B. Sc. in Footwear/ Leather Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be leading a team of quality assurance people.
∎ Will have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage.
∎ Able to responsible for all areas quality from production to Shipment.To establish, monitor and revise the product quality requirements & operations.
∎ To deploy the quality system across the organization in all production areas.
∎ To determine the standard to be adopted by the company and to deploy it effectively by training, documentation and other appropriate means.
∎ To effectively co-ordinate and liaison with merchandisers for getting the company's products and services certified under different applicable standards..
∎ Capable/expertise of leading a team of QC's/QC Executives and handle pressure/deadlines
∎ Capable to implement latest trends and vision in Quality requirements of buyers.
∎ Monitor the production process to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
∎ Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
∎ Train and supervise a team of quality control inspectors
∎ Develop and maintain quality control documentation, such as inspection reports and corrective action plans.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality control processes and technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate with high level executives.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
∎ Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
∎ Team oriented with ability to multi-task.
∎ Effectively plans and executes changes
