Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any Reputed University /Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any subject or B. Sc in Footwear/ Leather Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching key trends and directions (shapes, colors, print and materials).
∎ Managing the development of commercial ranges for customers and own labels.
∎ Taking briefs and developing product for specific customer requirements.
∎ Measure samples, conduct fittings, identify and analyzes fit/pattern issues, and provides solutions while working in collaboration with the sample improvement.
∎ Sourcing yarn and Trims, assess the viability of new products and prepare initial costing.
∎ Responsible for sampling and liaise with the related departments to deliver the product within the desired time frame.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.
∎ Assign jobs to Sr. Officers / Officers and assist them in developing patterns and accessories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate with high level executives.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
∎ Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
∎ Team oriented with ability to multi-task.
∎ Effectively plans and executes changes
