∎ BSc. in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & develop an effective QC team & technical staff who are involved in all quality-related issues in injection, extrusion, ink filling & chamfering production line.
∎ Ensure Ball Pen & stationery product quality by proper inspection.
∎ Perform & monitor the various types of tests like- writing tests, shelf-life tests, pull tests, etc.
∎ Perform & coordinate inspection to ensure QA and QC by testing raw materials (Ball pen ink Tips) & finished goods.
∎ Make quality daily reports, analyze & feedback for corrective action, solutions & improvement.
∎ Generate product ideas and packaging.
∎ Apply six sigma to improve productivity & quality.
∎ Gathers customer feedback/complaints to further improve the product
∎ Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, mass production, and final product end of life.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have Knowledge of pen & stationary-related products.
