∎ Candidate should have experience in production module software.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Interpersonal skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain production schedule to ensure smooth production on daily basis.
∎ Setup production lines/machines based on planning manpower and materials availability.
∎ Prepare production plan as per work order and maintain daily/Weekly/Monthly production report.
∎ Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), create materials code and posting finished goods code into the software.
∎ Design carton sample and printing rubber block as per customer requirements.
∎ Monitor carton raw materials stock and prepare monthly raw materials forecast.
∎ Ensure product specification and quality as per customer demands.
∎ Follow up overall production process, guide production team and arrange necessary training for team members.
∎ Make sure safety and cleanliness of workplace and achieve production target on time.
