Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Paper Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
8+ years of experience in paper production operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
Proven track record in optimizing production efficiency and managing large teams
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor process parameters of stock preparation, wet section, and dry section for different grades of paper.
Check and validate operational reports and records to ensure accuracy.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on machine running time and department-wise loss time.
Maintain detailed documentation of gross production, finished products, and raw material usage on a daily and monthly basis.
Raise indents for wires, press felts, dryer felts, and other production-related spares.
Prepare duty rosters for officers, staff, and workers and manage daily overtime reports.
Assign tasks to subordinates, monitor implementation, and ensure timelines are met.
Monitor the entire production process and report performance to superiors.
Interact with other sections within the production department to resolve operational and personnel-related issues.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, utility, store, and administration departments for smooth production.
Monitor all maintenance jobs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure proper manpower allocation and availability in every production shift.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors as and when required
