Responsibilities & Context:
Drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, promoting both paper and carton packaging solutions, and maintaining strong business relationships.
Sell and market paper products such as Color Medium 150 GSM, CMO 100 GSM, Medium 120 GSM, Tanvir Sizing 150 GSM, and YPM Sizing 150 GSM to various industries.
Promote and sell corrugated master cartons, including 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply, ensuring they meet customers` packaging needs.
Develop new business opportunities by researching industry trends, analyzing competitors, and evaluating potential clients` positions in the market.
Establish and nurture relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and recommending suitable paper and carton solutions.
Provide excellent customer support by offering guidance, sharing insights, and suggesting profit and service improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify product improvement opportunities and propose innovative packaging solutions.
Prepare sales reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key market data.
Ensure quality service standards by following company policies, enforcing operational best practices, and maintaining accurate records.
Process Oracle sales orders, generate invoices, and create monthly sales lists to ensure smooth transaction management.
Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to showcase paper and carton products, generate leads, and expand brand presence.
Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to achieve and exceed targets.
