∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Learning & Development or Training is a plus.

∎ Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, preferably within the RMG or manufacturing industry.
∎ Experience in designing and delivering training programs at different organizational levels.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement effective learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and ensure that learning solutions are tailored to employee needs.
∎ Develop and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses across various levels of the organization.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand specific learning requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
∎ Lead and facilitate both in-house and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Coordinate logistics for training programs, ensuring all sessions are executed smoothly.
∎ Identify and work with external trainers, vendors, and consultants to deliver specialized training when needed.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in training methods and materials to keep them relevant and engaging.
∎ Maintain and update training records and databases, ensuring accurate tracking of training progress.
∎ Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness, employee development, and ROI on training initiatives.
∎ Use learning analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement of training programs.
