• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• 7 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment and assessment tools (e.g., Assessment Centers, Psychometric Assessments, Structured Interviews)

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsCompensation & Benefits
