Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end sales operations across all product categories and market segments.
• Define annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
• Identify new market opportunities, customers, and distribution channels
• Drive business expansion through enterprise, corporate, Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB), and partner ecosystems.
• Lead pricing, margin optimization, and revenue forecasting initiatives
Channel & Partner Management:
• Build, manage, and expand distributor, reseller, system integrator, and dealer networks.
• Strengthen relationships with OEMs, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and incentive programs.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
Product & Market Management:
• Oversee sales performance of products.
• Work closely with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and competitiveness.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and MIS reporting.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Present regular performance reports to top management
Customer Relationship Management.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Handle escalations and resolve critical customer issues when required.
