Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure plan of new projects and follow up the design studio operation regularly;
∎ Assess operational needs, rooms and equipment and ensure arrangement of these on time for smooth operation;
∎ Develop project workflow and task schedule for the team, estimate all costs associated with projects by ensuring utilization of equipment and human resources;
∎ Conduct market & trend analysis and maintain creation of quality fashion design that suits the customers' brand;
∎ Forecast trends and develop innovative ideas based on logical and scientific approach;
∎ Lead research & survey and collect source of information in order to rework, evolve and advance ideas;
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise and train up the team to achieve Departmental objective;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience in design & creative innovation with branded buyer.
∎ Good sense of fashion trend; quality and very detail oriented.
∎ Creative, visionary and have a passion for fashion
∎ Good knowledge and experience in working with in MS office, Adobe, CAD and customized software used for design.
