Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor in Business Studies/Business Administration, Economics with major in Marketing/Finance/Accounting/Management from reputed universities with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (applicable to 4.00 scales) in all academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have excellent proven track record of SME loan marketing with any reputed NBFIs/Bank.
∎ The candidate should work as Relationship Manager (RM) and responsible for acquiring good clients.
∎ Building business network within the responsible territory and acquire business intelligence
∎ Developing capacity and expertise in preparing reports and required documents necessary to sanction and process credit undertakings.
∎ Development of knowledge base about different financing schemes of the company.
∎ Taking challenges to achieve allotted annual targeted portfolio in a chain of team effort.
∎ Developing new channels to diversify portfolio across different industries.
∎ Assist team members to develop and achieve business targets with leadership skills.
∎ Supervise Sr. Officer and other lower level employees in documentation, market insight.
∎ Help assess the merit of a proposed credit application in terms of revenue potential, cash-flows, transactional transparency and previous credit records of the client.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-8 years of experience in the similar role especially in Bank/NBFIs, development sector or relevant fields.
∎ Good spoken and written command in English language.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
∎ Knowledge about financial reporting, ratio analysis and other financial performance indicator
