Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably a BBA in Human Resource Management) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a liaison between the Retail department and HR to understand business priorities and assesses needs in recruitment, performance management, change management, employee relations, and talent management
∎ Recommend HR solutions, drive initiatives, and implement new processes or tools in support of business priorities, retail operations, and overall team engagement
∎ Annual manpower planning, benefits review and budget preparation for sales associates
∎ Identify need for new policies and procedures due to changing business needs, best practice and legislative changes
∎ Sales Associate recruitment, data management and deployment as per manpower requirements with succession planning of outlet staff
∎ Address and counsel employee relations issues for outlet staff
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ 5 years of experience in a relevant role
∎ Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity
∎ Good planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
∎ Fast learner, proactive, agility to function in a fast-changing innovative environment
∎ Able to work both on a team (a member or leader) and independently to deliver results with minimal supervision
∎ Adept at working with multiple teams and stakeholders

∎ As per company policy
