• Extensive expertise in quality management systems (QMS) and total quality management systems (TQMS).

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within RMG (Ready-Made Garments) in mass manufacturing process. This role ensures that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements through the development and implementation of quality systems, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives as below

• Quality Assurance Systems (Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and buyer requirements.)

• Production Quality Monitoring (Monitor in-line and end-line inspection processes to detect and resolve quality issues promptly)

• Defect Prevention & Corrective Actions (Analyze root causes of defects and complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Buyer Communication & Compliance (Coordinate with buyers` QA teams for inspections and approvals & Ensure products comply with buyer specifications, technical packs, and testing requirements)

• Training & Development (Train and guide QA/QC personnel to enhance their skills and understanding of quality standards)

• Reporting (Generate and present quality performance reports, highlighting key issues, trends, and improvement plans & Maintain documentation of inspections, audits, and compliance records.)
