Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry from Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & guide the shift-in-charge, technicians & Lab helper for doing the job successfully.
∎ Check the job of Technicians & Lab helper like raw materials sampling, testing of residue & fineness and other works.
∎ Check compressive strength of cement & Calibration of CST machine.
∎ Discussed to the under commends about the quality of raw materials & finished products.
∎ Maintain the quality management systems (QMS) of ISO 9001:2008 & 14001
∎ Ensure the proper documentation on Export activities, regular job & adequate knowledge of XRF operation.
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ To prepare all test result documents as per ISO, BSTI & BIS
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Departmental Head.
∎ To prepare daily QC reports & any other QC reports as required.
∎ Check & Justify the process ratio in CCR according to test report.
∎ Responsible to prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly statement for issuing and receiving store materials and try to inform latest status on regular basis to the Plant Head.
∎ To maintain all equipment and materials in the store in safe condition.
∎ Maintain proper procedure and documents of rejected materials return to supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Cement Industries will be given preference.
∎ Expert in XRF operation
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Concrete technology
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
