∎ At least 10 year(s)

Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation
∎ Check the standard of product as per customer requirement
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials, chemicals etc.
∎ Make sure every inspector understood the quality standard of the production
∎ Perform routine calibration of lab equipment
∎ Prepare production plan to minimize wastage
∎ Improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes
∎ Preserve necessary data/documents and test results appropriately
∎ Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
∎ Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
∎ Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound technical know-how of Cement bag Factory, Sugar bag factory & poultry feed bag and quality control.
∎ ERP operating knowledge
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Knowledge of WPP cement bag, sugar bag and poultry feed bag
∎ Able to operate Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
