Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring timely, quality and end to end delivery of tech/enterprise projects.
∎ Bringing in all stakeholders, internal and external, tying in loose ends, resolving conflicts thus ensuring delivery.
∎ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Engaged in preparing the tech & enterprise project roadmap and drive project teams to achieve the delivery target.
∎ Assist to establish a robust project delivery process that ensures quality.
∎ Working with all stakeholders and end users to understand the project requirements, vision, GTM and ensure quality delivery accordingly.
∎ Address and mitigate different types of project risks, dependencies and blockers.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Meet with end users to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each delivery.
∎ Making sure Agile and contemporary project management practices are adhered to across the division.
∎ Use and continually develop leadership skills.
∎ Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Enterprise Project Management
∎ Project Management skill with PMP certification (preferred).
∎ Proven work experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
∎ Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
