∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for inspection to identification of ship's equipment's specification and quantity immediately after ship's arrival.
∎ Proper management of ship breaking and recycling operations by providing effective leadership to ship breaking and recycling team especially cutting, unloading and transportation team.
∎ Establish the ship breaking & recycling workflow, supervise ship breaking & recycling operations, and organize training sessions on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare a ship dismantling monitoring report and submit it to the yard in-charge.
∎ Monitor and ensure safe cutting operation, leading to material & equipment unloading and transportation from (onboard) vessel to designated storage area. Monitor winch operation to ensure smooth transportation of materials from the primary cutting area to the secondary cutting area.
∎ Monitor and ensure incinerator operation and its periodic maintenance for the ship breaking yard.
∎ Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in cutting, unloading & transport operation.
∎ Performs other duties as required or assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence and adherence the organizational culture, motivational skills, team spirit, and relationship building.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office Program
∎ Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
∎ Effective written and verbal communications skills in English & Bengali.
