∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the entire production process and setting up a production schedule Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
∎ Monitoring Raw Tea Processing, Packing, and Storing Related activities.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline the plant operations.
∎ Coordinating with Production, Sales & Marketing and distribution departments for timely delivery.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly production statement (SKU wise)
∎ Handling returns goods properly with correct information & cause and taking necessary measures.
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of standard quality.
∎ Monitoring inventory including raw materials, packing and finished goods.
∎ Ensuring optimum production as per plan in line with sales and stock cover with full capacity utilization.
∎ Generating OEE (Over all Effective Equipment) report for all machinery, Down Time analysis report, Electricity & Diesel consumption report, Weekly and Monthly Maintenance report.
∎ Ensuring local rules and regulations, SOP, safety standards and policy of BG at factory site are being followed.
∎ Reporting accidents and cooperating with the investigation team.
∎ Handling internal & external audit namely as HACCP, FSSC-22000, GMP, GHP, Factory Hygiene, and Food Safety of the plant.
