Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which involves in producing Tissue, Paper and Stationaries products (e.g. Offset Paper, Industrial Paper, Pen, Pencil, Sharpener, Eraser, Scale, etc.). Currently, we are looking for proactive and skilled professionals in the production department of MPPML. This position will be responsible for managing the production team and the incumbent will report to the functional head for the daily duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire Delete Ink Process (DIP) plant ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established protocols.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to effectively execute the DIP plan, ensuring that production schedules are met.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the DIP plant process, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent quality output.

  • Ensure the optimal use of chemicals in the DIP process to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain cost-effectiveness.

  • Report all relevant operational updates, challenges, and improvements to the Head of Department on time, ensuring transparency and accurate information flow.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards as per the regulatory guidelines and company policies, mitigating any risks in the DIP plant.

  • Continuously assess and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes.
