Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ Textile Engineers will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Plan, organize, lead and control manpower & equipment capacity to maximize utilization with the lowest cost, utmost efficiency, and minimum wastage.
∎ Concentrate on all kinds of inputs received & study the capacity of operation, identify and remove constraints to make optimistic use of man, machines & materials in terms of ratio.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjust through the balancing of the machine and skilled operatives.
∎ Assist to controls the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within a given time-frame as per customer requirements.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure the correct method so that the production output is as per the desired limit, quality, and compliance.
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated production planning, information support, and analysis.
∎ Able to take initiative and understand how to manage the critical paths of delivery and ensure timely shipment as per buyer schedule.
∎ Prepare the Daily/Weekly/Monthly production performance status report.
∎ Assure that employee disciplining is effectively administered and that employee grievance are addressed in a timely and proper manner.
∎ Ensure implementation of best garments manufacturing practices in RMG using best tools & techniques.
∎ Maintain relationships and coordinate with all departments for ensuring the smooth execution of apparel production in the factory.

∎ At least 8 years of experience in the relevant field out of which 1-2 years in a similar role from any large Knit Garment Industry
∎ Work in an innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness, leadership ability, and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory site
∎ Job Location: Mawna, Gazipur
