Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology or Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing and running optimum day to day production operations of new plant of Chanachur, Jam-Jelly, Sauce & Ketchup.
∎ Planning production schedules to facilitate sales order and organize product distribution accordingly.
∎ Overseeing production process and minimize unnecessary costs and wastages using lean management and six sigma tools.
∎ Ensuring proper inventory management using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in coordination with PMO.
∎ Proper manpower placement & keeping the overhead cost under control.
∎ Assisting in planning and implementation of new ideas by working closely with Brand, QC and R&D team.
∎ Reviewing the production and production process on a regular basis to ensure products’ high quality.
∎ Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety legislation & requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have to be skilled in Chanachur, Jam, Jelly, Sauce & Ketchup Production.
