Education:
∎ Diploma in Power
∎ Diploma in Power Technology / B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from any Govt. Institute/ any reputed public engineering university is more preferable.

∎ The Candidates must have experience as a Deputy Manager (Plastic/ IPS/ CCM/PM/CM) of Beverage Industry for a minimum period of 3 (Three) years.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; very detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform and operate direct the mold and material changing processes of (Plastic/ IPS/ CCM/PM/CM) of Machines.
∎ To assure that mold set up, changeovers and housekeeping standards are met for all machines & its areas.
∎ To ensure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments.
∎ To work & control the production personnel to ensure more production. To find out actual Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks of the machines.
∎ To Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set in correct way & parameters and meeting the production goals.
∎ To Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times.
∎ Stop production to correct any quality issues.
∎ Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.
∎ Monitoring & train up the machine operators to ensure they are following proper procedures.
∎ Create programs and operate CCM equipment to inspect parts per engineering specifications.
∎ To do works practically to resolve the trouble shooted problems & hand over the machines to start the production without time laps.
∎ To achieve the target production with sort out the limitations of the process.
∎ Maintain equipment to ensure maintenance and efficient operation of preventive maintenance.
∎ To do the works of Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and corrective measures all type plastic relative machine.
∎ To inform raw materials stock and finished product stock, to the concern department and to make schedule.
∎ To do all types of Plastic resin manufacturing machine maintenance and plastic resin lab testing works.
