Job Responsibilities:
∎ Heading the yard site staff and implementing & enforce company policies, including operational structures and procedures.
∎ Overall monitoring and coordinating works/tasks activities with yard production team/sub-contractor in accordance with work scope.
∎ Oversees facility equipment; ensures equipment is safe, operational, and regularly serviced within the yard premises.
∎ Manages the logistics of all materials (location, flow of goods) to ensure proper storage avoiding congestion within the yard premises.
∎ Manage all day-day operations of assigned yad including employee relations and achieving operational goals.
∎ Maintains a variety of operational and compliance records, prepares and submits.
∎ Establishing and maintaining working relationships with consultants, scheduling, collecting, and compiling data, and preparing reports and other documents.
∎ Internal Audit and Yard preparation for HKC Audit.
∎ To assist with necessary equipment procurements for HKC development.
∎ Ensures training requirements of subordinate staff are met.
∎ Improve operational management system, processes, and best practices.
∎ Communicates effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally for an extremely efficient, safe organized yard operation.
∎ Performs other duties as required or assigned.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Good typing skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
