Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/ MSc in Chemical Engineering/Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry from any reputed public university in Bangladesh
∎ Skills Required: Communication, leadership and negotiation, Technical operation, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Process Plant, Fertilizer Factory, Plant Operation, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Fuel/Petroleum, Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific plant by ensuring company strategy, commitments and goals
∎ Lead and manage the project from conceptualization to erection such as installation, commissioning, performance guarantee, monitoring and controlling etc.
∎ Ensure project planning to completion of work in right time as per plan
∎ Ensuring overall activities of the project are effectively planned & coordinated and the individuals team members are working to meet detailed schedules
∎ Ensuring the scope of work is well defined and understood to each individual (Internal & External)
∎ Lead multiple plant simultaneously and coordinate efforts from support groups to ensure plant work done within lead time
∎ Assist in the development of processing plans, methods, design, materials handling, manpower requirements, cost analysis, and other areas as appropriate
∎ Preparing and implementing project execution plan (PEP) and project procedures
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost-effective way
∎ Conducting site inspections to identify environmental hazards and make recommendations for corrective action
∎ Ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment's and other assets of the company allotted for the project
∎ Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Proficient level of expertise on MS Office program, Auto CAD, MS project etc.
∎ Experienced on DCS, SIS
∎ Moderate knowledge on Electrical & Instrumentations
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long time to meet the deadline
∎ Ability to do multitask, Problem solving and decision making
