Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing overall production related activities, monitoring and shipment in Factory.
∎ Managing production department and implement processes improvement activity to improve efficiency.
∎ Drive machine maintenance team to have most suitable machine ready prior to Production.
∎ Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality standard.
∎ Responsible for driving the production plan.
∎ Responsible for achieving daily targets.
∎ Should have knowledge about line administration & production administration.
∎ To strictly comply with all Compliances requirements, safety, rules and regulations.
∎ To follow up every MI and all material consumption involved.
∎ Ensuring and maintain discipline in sewing floor.
∎ Operator Training needs to execute the production without any problem
∎ Line setting maintain the production system following step by step
∎ Line Balancing and WIP (Work In Progress) Control.
∎ Overseeing and follow-up the production processes accordingly.
∎ Have good knowledge on hourly production output.
∎ To follow-up, ensure and overseeing the production processes accordingly.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Supervising the work of junior staff
∎ Line layout & machine selection according to the style.
∎ To ensure production output meets daily production targets.
∎ Maintains the floor discipline and ensure the cleanliness of floor
∎ To maintain register and records.
∎ Take necessary steps at once to solve any problem derived.
∎ Should concern about the workers complains or suggestion and solve immediately with management and ensure that any discrimination, abuse and harassment not happened in production floor.
∎ Ensure technical arrangement in production line how to use low manpower and achieve the target with quality garments from per line.
∎ To establish a good relationship between worker, management and him
∎ Having take responsibility to achieve the product target on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to maintain liaison with local & foreign staff regarding production
Salary: Negotiable
