Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Textile graduation from a reputed Institution;
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Fabrics Manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, communicating and maintaining quality plans to implement overall quality management system;
∎ To maintain product quality and to ensure achievement, interact with the Technical, Research & Development (R&D) and Production Team;
∎ Guiding technicians in checking specification and construction; identifying and resolving production impediments in appropriate and timely manner; and to make final decision on quality compliant to company standards and customer requirements;
∎ Supervising and handling bulk production in line with customers' final approval; Guiding production staffers to maintain expected quality.
∎ Monitoring QA/QC performance through collecting relevant production data; producing statistical reports that has to be communicated with all related departments and management;
∎ Responsible for every aspect of product quality control;
∎ Taking appropriate measures to train up staffers with regards to quality control;
∎ Work closely with production planning (PPC) & machine maintenance team for smooth operation.
∎ To go ahead with smooth quality production, arranging pre-production meetings so that qualitative and quantitative requirements are rightly communicated.
∎ On-line inspection to check quality in each process and to provide comprehensive guidelines.
∎ To preserve necessary records and follow quality SOP;
∎ Must possess good communication skills to convince customers on quality issues;
∎ Have to lead a big quality management team;
∎ Have to work with the production head to implement vision and mission of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player;
∎ Can do attitude;
∎ Ability to think out of box;
∎ Proficient in English;
∎ Knowledge in SAP will be considered as an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
