∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
∎ Knowledge of EU textile industry/fashion trends is preferable.
∎ Knowledge of buyer house compliance and regulatory rules is preferable. Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is preferable

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures for all aspects of outer wear garment production.
∎ Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure they meet quality requirements.
∎ Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Provide training and development to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
∎ The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process for outer wear garments, specifically padded, down, quilting, seam-sealed, and CWS jackets. This role requires a deep understanding of garment construction, materials, and quality control methodologies.
