Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage, supervise & motivate the QA & QC team to deliver quality product.
∎ Develop quality policy, procedures & guidelines aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Train stockholders regarding quality policy & procedures.
∎ Ensure timely checking of all sample and analyze report to ensure that all parameters have been maintained as per standard.
∎ Make sure that all instrument and equipments used for quality check are calibrated on time, and adjust the alignment as needed.
∎ Ensure cost-effective implementation of quality management system.
∎ Improve QA & QC processes and workflows continuously to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Prepare regular reports on critical control point, boiler water & ETP water test and submit to plant head for decision-making and process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
∎ Sound interpersonal and analytical ability is a must
