• Lead and ensure the Warehouse Team operates at high efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees.

• Calculate Safety stock based on past data and future projections of Factory production and keep an optimum stock level to support uninterrupted production

• Assess and place RM, Spare parts requirements as per company policy, considering Safety stocks, MOQ & Lead time so as to keep optimum stock at any point of time.

• Ensure efficient space utilization by using vertical stacking, using mechanical equipment for physical stock movement and other cost-efficient techniques.

• Ensure timely issuance of stocks as per the approved requisition.

• Maintaining & following up on the Stock Register of all Imported RM, Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment. Stock register contains the following:

  Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips; Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.

• Maintain FIFO & LIFO in the store to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Maintain an appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement

• Maintain different store location-wise inventory and prepare inventory reports.

• Maintain Effective checking of the material`s quality & quantity at the time of consignment.

• Take the lead to clear non-moving stock and communicate with relevant stakeholders to reduce slow-moving stock.
