Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Law from a recognized university
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Litigation processes
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing deeds, agreements related to land, properties etc.
∎ Managing litigation's, legal issues related to different business operations
∎ Managing the database of all legal documents (Company & Land Assets)
∎ Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
∎ Negotiating contracts for the company
∎ Filing lawsuits in the Court for the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Bar License
∎ Practical experience on drafting case and argument in Court
∎ On hand experience in Civil Law and Fixed Assets Management (Land, Building etc.) Papers, Contract, Valuation, Deed of Agreement, Land Ownership Transfer, Criminal Law, Breach of Contract, NI Act, Tax/VAT etc.
