Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Environmental Science/ B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical/ IPE/Civil/Chemical Engineering
∎ Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety / Certification in IOSH or NEBOSH will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as the key point of contact at the assigned work location for managing and implementing the project and operational HSE&S requirements following the MGI and the lender’s (IFC) performance standard.
∎ Prepare reports and documentations to meet the lender’s (IFC) requirements related to any HSE&S aspects and implement those at site in coordination with the site management team.
∎ Work closely with the site management team and provide guidance for accomplishments on lender’s HSE&S requirements and adherence for compliance.
∎ Perform HSE&S programs and initiatives at site to prevent HSE&S incidents. Regular site visit, perform toolbox meetings, HSE&S inspections and audits and any other HSE&S good practices as per country local legislations and the lender’s performance standard.
∎ Any other adhoc responsibilities related to HSE&S assigned by management.
