∎ Renaissance Apparels Ltd, a sister concern of Renaissance Group, is a manufacturer and supplier of quality Knit Fabrics to global brands, especially for American and Australian Markets, is looking for a dynamic professional for its Dyeing Unit to support its business growth:
∎ Job Location: BK Bari, Mirzapur, Gazipur.
∎ Promoting on-time quality production, through effective finishing process to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
∎ Plan, and monitor the Finishing program to meet quality production targets
∎ Implement Finishing policy and SOPs for loading dyed fabric and unloading finished fabric
∎ Co-ordinate with Planning, Knitting, Dyeing, and Quality Department for smooth operations
∎ Review and update the finishing processes to adjust the GSM, Fabrication, Dyes, Shrinkage and Quality Job Card to meet color, shade, and other quality parameters
∎ Resolve subcontracts factory’s finishing quality issues to meet quality parameter
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities e.g. dyes, chemicals consumption to improve profitability
∎ Provide guidance to In-charge, Supervisor and Executives to ensure safety protocols, proper machine functions, machine range, and parameters to ensure man-machine safety
