Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality coater paper.
∎ Monitoring the production control parameter.
∎ Make a decision for stoppage of Machinery and notify all concerned.
∎ Coordinate all sections for proper operation of the plant.
∎ Directly supervise the staff who are working at the time of duty.
∎ Ensure timely attendance of the junior officer, Supervisor, operator/Helper, and others.
∎ Plannitrg of manpower in case of any adjustment.
∎ Ensure proper safety of the machine by physical supervision of machine and man.
∎ Take preventive measures for the safety of the man and machine.
∎ Trained the new staff in their respective areas.
∎ Assess progress from time to time and take corrective measures.
∎ Submit the report on a basis for using raw materials/chemicals and packing materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Close liaisons with Maintenance, Laboratory In-charge
