∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong technical skill is required.
∎ Should be well versed with the large knit garments factories IE system.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Production Plan and Monitor for Knitting department;
∎ Ensure all knitting fabric Quality as per standard;
∎ Monitor all knitting machine Production/Efficiency/Capacity utilization as per Standard;
∎ Ensure that all safety with right operation of the machine;
∎ Maintain proper communication with maintenance team machine problem;
∎ Ensure that the quality standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result;
∎ Maintain fabric production with proper OTT as per buyer standard for assigned buyer
∎ Maintain and co ordination of bulk fabric processing as per development;
∎ Ensure continuous communication with finishing team to maintain width GSM and other quality parameter as per development for assigned buyer;
∎ Analyze and design of new fabrication from the customer;
∎ Response and act in the customer complain and query;
∎ Arrange risk analysis meeting before going to proceed any critical style;
∎ Give a continuous guidance to subordinates for machine utilization and target fabric specification with order execution;
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area as assign by ensuring people involvement;
∎ Guide the subordinates in daily transfer of the generated waste and reduction of rejection;
∎ Give continuous guideline to shifting executives for production and quality improvement;
