Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in HRM/ Master in any discipline (Preferable PGDHRM)
∎ Skills Required: Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Labor Law, Performance appraisal

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ Guide HR & Admin team.
∎ Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
∎ Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
∎ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
∎ Ensure staff development including training, assessment.
∎ Ensure general administration & Human resources activities for the company.
∎ Supervise and direct the staffs to perform their duty smartly.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
∎ Formulate and Develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization.
∎ Assessing the training need analysis of the employees and ensure to have the proper training.
∎ Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Communicate with public services when necessary.
∎ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
∎ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
∎ Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge of latest Labor Laws, amendments.

Salary: Negotiable
