• B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Graduation from any reputed university.

• Proactive, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required Focus on Data driven approach.

• Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.

• Monitor finishing process and material management & ensure daily finishing production with appropriate quality;

• Communicate with cutting, sewing & merchandising teams for any kind of relevant & delivery issues;

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like any kind of tag and extra hour work;

• Evaluating staff performance, disciplinary matters.6. Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table /Folding etc.

• Must be following up day to day target work.8. Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.

• Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.

• Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.

• Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.

• Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.

• Take preventive action for making non-conformance product & take corrective action for non-conformance product.

• Proper co-ordination with key stakeholder for smooth finishing operation & on time shipment.
