Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile/ Chemical Engineering from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, implement and supervise finishing system to meet product conformity before and after print with required quality standard.
∎ Liaise with concern person of printing team, quality team (internal) and dyeing concern (external) about fabric finishing issue before and after print
∎ Coordinate with printing about finishing process issues and ensure finishing procedure is maintained in production process
∎ Possess excellent organizational skills to ensure all fabric is finished in good quality and hand over to quality team in time for shipment
∎ Analyze quality complaint and liaise with production for corrective and preventive action and monitor action taken
∎ Analyze test data and quality issues to check effectiveness of controlling process and liaise with concerned department section for achieving appropriate finishing quality
∎ Analyze customer quality requirement and liaise with printing and quality concern to deliver the required quality product
∎ Able to manage and oversee tons of fabric being processed on time
∎ Regular feedback to the quality and planning department to control of process wastage and quality
∎ Administer team building and assist in creating finishing system documents SOP. Specs, forms and maintaining records of documents
∎ Update and submit finishing report of fabric before and after print to Head of production and factory Manager
∎ Communicating with Peers, Subordinates, seniors of Quality and production.by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
∎ Communicate with concern persons of Knitting, Dyeing, Garments, Merchandisers of DBL group and outside customers as well as buying houses.

∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
