Garments Textile
Job Context:
∎ In depth knowledge of Shade Matching, fabric matching and fabric faults in textile division and knowledge of dyes, color and chemicals.
∎ Understanding & knowledge of floor dyeing production and dyeing machine.
∎ Experience of the technical processes & products involved in dyeing and finishing of knitted fabrics. Ability to understand and analyze fabric finishing.
∎ In depth knowledge and understanding of textile manufacturing processes from yarn processing to knitted fabric processing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make strong communication with concern merchandiser about upcoming projected orders of next two months at least to finalize capacity planning.
∎ Responsible for machine wise planning of all the dyeing jobs.
∎ Responsible for providing data wise color program to the dyeing floor for smooth operations.
∎ Ensuring to receive support of grey fabrics from knitting team as per garments production line plan.
∎ Conducting regular follow ups, after sharing of loading plan with pipelines fabric.
∎ Responsible for receiving the bookings for the concerned merchandisers as per the On Time delivery dates.
∎ Conducting regular follow ups with the production team from knitting domain and ensuring timely delivery of every product.
∎ Ensuring the full quantity delivery before the start of sewing.
∎ Regular coordination with production team for the dyeing program, preparing the batch and checking the respective power of Hydrogen(pH).
∎ Receive dyeing permission like hanger/swatch/lab dip approval from concern merchandiser to start dyeing as per fabric booking.
∎ Provide daily basis dyeing plan as per garment OTD to dyeing floor with next 3 days forecasting.
∎ Ensure dyeing plan wise batch support to each & every dyeing machines (Buyer wise).
∎ Ensure grey fabrics support from knitting as per dyeing plan/garments OTD.
∎ Provide guideline to Fabric finishing dept. to deliver fabrics as per delivery target date to meet OTD.
∎ Closely monitoring with fabric finishing personnel to ensue batch to batch process loss% as per fabric booking sop
∎ Ensure full qty delivery closing as per fabric booking
∎ Find out challenges for OTD, analysis report making & identify obstacles regarding capacity Vs Order in-hand
∎ Prepare monthly production report of Dyeing & Finish delivery
∎ Update daily target events of T&A plan at fast react system software.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
