Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University having relevant training on factory compliance.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer’s standards;
∎ Prepare policy regarding Environmental Conservation Rules;
∎ Interpretation of Legal environmental requirement with concerned departments;
∎ Monitoring and implementing sustainability projects like LEED in factories;
∎ Collect information and conduct meeting as planning stage of project implementation and monitor continuous improvement plan;
∎ Do update all the test report and certificates according to the expiry dates such as Oekotex, GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS Certificate;
∎ Data collection and submission for different project requirement;
∎ Routine wise monitoring of implementation activities regarding project recommendations;
∎ Continuously updating the sustainability portion of MIS website;
∎ Internal Auditing & Preparing all factories of DBL Group to fulfill requirements as per buyer environmental standards and financial party recommendations regarding the environment ;
∎ Cooperate with different organizations who have taken the different initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our factories;
∎ Facing Buyer Audit, third party audit, and financial party audit regarding environmental requirements by Coordinating with the buyer team from time to time and preparing documentation for buyer's CAP ;
∎ Any environmental requirements is coming from the buyer’s team instantly forwarding to the concern and give the way of implementation to the concern;
∎ Detail explaining of all environmental documents & records to the Buyers audit team on behalf of the management during third party as well as financial party audit;
∎ Provide the appropriate guidance and support to the factory concern & environmental team members to implement buyer environmental standard and legal requirements;
∎ Post-performance evaluation of environmental project activities to implement project activities cost effective way;
∎ Identify the new environmental aspects and impacts and mitigative measures;
∎ Become updated about all compliance related law and COC such as ECR2023;
∎ Prepare training manual and policy on environmental issues for staff and workers;
∎ Provide training to the workers on the Environmental Management System;
∎ Liaison with whole stakeholders ;
∎ Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times;
∎ Provide necessary support to the Head of Department;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 years practical experience on Compliance in the large RMG factories
∎ Females are also encouraged to apply;
∎ Sound knowledge on Labour Laws 2006, Amendment 2013, 2018, Rules 2015, Amendment 22 Alliance/ACCORD & NFPA standards;
∎ To have strong written & verbal Communication as well as Computer Knowledge;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;
