∎ Bachelor/Masters in Fine Arts/ Economics / Social Science/ Media and Communication / International Development / Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/institution.

∎ Basic knowledge on development sector.
∎ Basic knowledge on social media campaigns and design based static contents.
∎ Proefficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Have skills on content developing (visual designing) and visual storytelling (photography).
∎ Knowledge on event management.
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience. Preferably in business / marketing / development / communications.
∎ ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To bring new conceptualise design and contents such as infographics, promotional materials, factsheets, event materials and develop social media static contents; managing materials and information resources.
∎ To establish and maintain strategic relationships with peers, internal and external stakeholders as well manage different projects.
∎ To support programme with basic storytelling, interviewing for case studies, photography, design ideas and executions and establish linkage with other support units.
∎ To share programme’s agreed communication strategies both external and internal ensuring BRAC’s core values and central communications policies.
∎ To participate actively in different forum and facilitate cross programme collaboration and learning.

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ To support communications in positioning BRAC’s microfinance programme as one of the leading providers of microfinance in the world in terms of scale and impact, quality and innovation of products, client-centric design, customer service and client protection, and provision of financial services for excluded groups.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ To bring new conceptualise design and contents such as infographics, promotional materials, factsheets, event materials and develop social media static contents; managing materials and information resources.

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
