  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate

  • Excellent in people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment

  • Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill

  • Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation

  • Must have using capabilities of MS Office

  • Able to work under stress situation



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in developing annual marketing campaigns, trade programs, and consumer promotions aligned with brand strategy

  • Support the creation and execution of brand positioning and marketing mix strategies to build brand equity

  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan and sales forecasts in coordination with the sales team

  • Analyze market trends and brand performance to support strategic decision-making

  • Plan and monitor media exposure across print, electronic, and digital platforms

  • Collaborate with advertising agencies from concept development to campaign execution

  • Track market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks

  • Provide insights and recommendations to achieve brand objectives

  • Execute and monitor promotional campaigns and marketing activities to ensure timely and effective rollout

  • Support product launches including marketing briefs, packaging design, and campaign planning

  • Prepare customized reports, presentations, and assignments as directed by the supervisor

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

  • Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
