Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill

Able to work under stress situation
Assist in developing annual marketing campaigns, trade programs, and consumer promotions aligned with brand strategy
Support the creation and execution of brand positioning and marketing mix strategies to build brand equity
Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan and sales forecasts in coordination with the sales team
Analyze market trends and brand performance to support strategic decision-making
Plan and monitor media exposure across print, electronic, and digital platforms
Collaborate with advertising agencies from concept development to campaign execution
Track market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
Provide insights and recommendations to achieve brand objectives
Execute and monitor promotional campaigns and marketing activities to ensure timely and effective rollout
Support product launches including marketing briefs, packaging design, and campaign planning
Prepare customized reports, presentations, and assignments as directed by the supervisor
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
