Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC / Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Educational Qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced person.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Quality, Garments, Garments Industry, Garments Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing:
∎ Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experienced in reputed knit garments factory over 60 sewing lines and capable to handling minimum 10 sewing lines individually.
∎ Must have experienced in handling renowned buyer like H&M, C&A, Zara.
∎ Ability to work in a team with strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self motivated and responsible. Accomplish task with full ownership.

Salary: Negotiable
