∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Strong knowledge on HR Operations Business Communication, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall HR and administrative activities of a HFO based power plant at Chattogram.
∎ Conduct recruitment & selection process of plant.
∎ Manage and coordinate interview & selection process at plant.
∎ Verifying all documents in relation with joining employees at factory.
∎ Provide orientation at the plant side for new joiners.
∎ Plan, organize and control all activities of the department at plant side.
∎ Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
∎ Participate in develop organizational development strategy encompassing human resource management, organizational performance and risk management which will allow organization to meet the vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
∎ Develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
∎ Follow up daily HR activities as organization demands as per the company policy.
∎ Develop and coordinate training programs of plant as per the TNA.
∎ Handle the employee relations issues in coordination with plant authority and head office
∎ Coordinate the performance appraisal systems of the company.
∎ Lead the day to day administrative functions of the plant.
∎ Lead the exit formalities for the leaving employees.
∎ Maintain and control transport facilities at the plant.
∎ Monitor the dormitory functions of the plant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in factory HR & Administration.
∎ Must have good command in MS office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. E-mail communication
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
∎ Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
