Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play key role in ship construction as per class quality
∎ Participate actively in production process to accomplish target
∎ Arrange different training programs to enhance the capability of the team
∎ Monitor the movement of raw materials into and out of production facilities
∎ Ensure health and safety measures of all employees and visitors inside the premises
∎ Maintain liaison with the key stakeholders to ensure proper delivery on time
∎ Develop & implement SOP in the functional area
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in shipbuilding industry
∎ Knowledge of shipbuilding, Commissioning, Ship Architecture, safety and management
∎ Ability to introduce the need for change, create excitement for change and lead change initiatives
∎ Strong communication skills
