Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns starting from ideation to implementation.
∎ Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate the funds wisely.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
∎ Research and analyze market trends and competitors.
∎ Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the team.
∎ Look after the budget of the marketing department and ensure that the budget spent is delivering a good return on investment.
∎ Identify potential customers based on demographics and psychographics (lifestyle choices, values, interests).
∎ Produce necessary reports and charts to communicate data trends with non-specialized personnel.
∎ Oversee the company's attendance at events, such as- trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
∎ Negotiate and maintain liaison with third-party marketing agencies.
∎ Work with designers to develop brochures, ads, or other promotional materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The candidate must be numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, able to make sense of metrics and processing figures with Excel
