∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, CSR audit, Environmental Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance issue as directed by department head
∎ Prepare and update of all compliance documents as per buyer's requirement
∎ Face audits like ALLIANCE, SEDEX, GOTs & other buyers
∎ Be directly responsible for CAP Management of suppliers/factories
∎ Always report any unethical behavior
∎ Regularly monitor auditor's performance
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in CSR with large garments industry.
∎ Good knowledge about relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
∎ Fair knowledge on SEDEX, ALLIANCE, GOTs, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environmental issues.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.

Salary: Negotiable
